These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Store Information

This online shop is operated by Aural Hypnox / Korpi-tuotannot Haapapuro, located in Finland. All prices are shown in EUR.

Products

We sell:

CDs, vinyl (LP) records, cassettes

T-shirts, long-sleeve shirts

Patches and other merchandise

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions. Colours and product details may vary slightly.

Ordering

Your order is confirmed when payment is completed.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email.

If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and arrange a refund or replacement.

Pricing and Taxes

Prices include VAT where applicable (according to Finnish law).

Customers outside the EU are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and other charges.

Payments

We accept the payment methods available at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards via PayPal, EU bank payments).

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your card information.

Shipping

Orders ship from Finland.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates depend on destination and shipping method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or strikes.

Unregistered shipments are sent at the buyer’s risk and are not eligible for tracking or compensation in case of loss.

Opened or used music products (CD/LP/cassette) are not returnable unless defective.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within the required timeframe with photos.

Unregistered shipments are sent at the buyer’s risk and are not eligible for tracking or compensation in case of loss.

We will assist with a postal investigation.

Limitation of Liability

All orders are shipped from Finland. Below is our shipping policy.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing may be longer during holidays or large releases.

Posti (Finnish Postal Service)

Shipping options include:

Registered package

Priority Parcel / Economy parcel

Parcel Connect (where available)

Tracked and untracked services (depending on destination)

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and chosen method.

Examples:

Finland: 1–3 business days

EU: typically 3–10 business days

USA/Canada: 6–21 business days

Rest of world: 1–4 weeks

Customs & Import Fees

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Below are our return and refund rules.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Not returnable:

Opened/used CDs, LPs, cassettes (unless defective)

Worn/washed clothing

Returnable:

Unused clothing (T-shirts, long sleeves)

Unused patches/merch

Sealed music products (CD/LP/cassette)

Defective items

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be:

Unused

In original packaging

In resellable condition

We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

If an item is defective or incorrect, we cover return costs

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–14 days after receiving the return.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

Clothing exchanges (size changes) are allowed if the item is unused and still available.

Customer covers return shipping; we cover the replacement shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

Include clear photos of both the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund.
